Desire to promote free speech and public discourse. You have the right to say it, and I have the right to comment. This is the backbone of American freedom. We can always learn if we keep our minds open.

The largest threat to our Democratic Republic today is the muzzling of free speech.

The Great Civil War of the 20's

a ®eMark from eMark ™

It's hard to believe something as historic as a USA Civil War could be waged with almost all of the combatants unaware, but here we are!

To recognize this war, you have to identify the two distinct groups battling. It is almost impossible to get fair and impartial info on this war.

Before history was rewritten and civics became a thing of the past, our country had a built-in safeguard. If we did not like the way things were going, we patiently waited and voted out one side and tried the other.

This was commonly known as the 'pendulum-theory'. I think our founders when creating the Constitution, expected this to resolve all national discourse.

It worked for two hundred years, until technology met wealth.

When tech accidentally discovered their money-making scheme not only gathered information, but also control, they broke the pendulum!

They discovered they could not be stopped, because they had control. To be stopped, a problem had to be found, (although Big-tech is hiding in plain sight), fined, limited, broken up, by Congress.

Congress no longer has 'control'! Big-tech has all the cards. Money, and control. I am not sure if it was deliberate, but Big-tech caused this Civil War.

Since breaking our pendulum, now each side digs in harder.

The pendulum is so broken, a US election can occur and both sides think they won!

Let's identify the two sides in this Civil War:

One side believes in looking for the best, most pragmatic way the get anything done. This group does not put much interest in being nice, just facts.

The other group created primarily by a public education that taught them they don't deserve the very land they stand on, that none of our holidays are to be celebrated.

This group has grown up with an inferiority complex. Also 'Civics' to this group only brings to mind an old car, (as in Honda)! Never having a most rudimentary course in how government works, compliments of the Chinese propaganda arm, 'Confucius Institute', most probably.

It's interesting how a one-sided group of educators so thoroughly emaciated our future minds freedom to reason, freedom to think.

This group, believing the USA is inheritantly evil, feels justification to lie, cheat, steal, and spread false rumours.

How would you feel if you were taught from preschool that we are bad people doing bad things?

One group is labeled 'conservative'. Generally that means resist change and support the Constitution.

The other group is labeled 'progressive'. Generally meaning wanting to always change things for the better.

Now remember the educational system has, for over twenty years, taught our students in public school that we invaded this country, we committed horrible crimes against humanity.

Which party would you embrace?

There is a built-in animosity toward a Constitution that recorded less value for a black than a white.

Can something so wrong by today's standards, have any validity? If you throw out the Constitution, we become an Anarchy.

Many young minds think Socialism is a better form of government. They were taught to share, so a government that shares sounds ideal!

The only place a socialistic government would work, is one where we all were motivated to work hard for the same gains everyone gets, even those that don't work.

Could you get up every day and give your best effort knowing your reward is never bigger than that of the goof-offs?

Eventually everyone slacks off. Why work hard if you get the exact same thing even if you don't work?

Not the mention that every socialist government has turned into a dictatorship, given the power to remove property and wealth.

Anarchy means the guy with the biggest axe has your wealth. Not many, after really thinking about this, want Anarchy.

Having been on both sides of this Civil War of the 20's, I have learned there is not a lot of unbiased information out there. Thanks mostly to biased Big-tech services.

When researching, the facts Big Tech hides unwanted ideas and their own political bias is elevated more readily.

Just because someone has Billions does not make their biases any more truthful than mine.

Clearly, Google had one job originally, to display the information that we seek without bias. They discovered that they got longer engagement if the results slanted in the direction of the seeker.

So Google sold fairness for the Almighty buck.

Google's original motto, actually added to their corporate code of conduct was, 'Don't be evil', but they had no problem warping facts, (the infamous 'filter-bubble'.)

Not sure the original motto was enough Google, as it grew, changed their motto to, 'Do the right thing'.

This allowed Google employees to feel better when warping information results. If the warping helped a group then it is fine.

Now, the biggest search engine, a virtual monopoly, is justified to deliver less than factual results, if someone or some group benefits.

I believe both of Google's mottos have been violated.

The end result is a country starving for fair unbiased information.

Other Big-tech followed that same path to riches, 'give the people what they think they want'.

Today, there is no such thing as an unbiased view. You either believe the warped Big-tech media, or you are a conspiracy nut.

Today we are all swirling around and around, in a cosmic brainwashing machine. Our only hope are free speech platforms that allow the unaltered flow of ideas, just as 'locals', 'MeWe', 'Parler', and a few others are doing today.

Respectful comments are always welcome.

Are you a 'Reluctant Republican'?
This is my first podcast. I plan to do many more. This was 43 years ago today..

I was the Production Director. I edited (spliced with a razor blade and tape) reel to reel audio tape and made magic, (commercials and contest promos). To maintain my energy I brought a gallon of orange juice into the studio every day and it was gone five hours later when my show was over. Funny, I don't recall ever getting the Flu when I was there.. 🙄😎

The reason there's only the parts where I talk and not the whole song is because the boss, (the Program Director) required us to record 'skimmer tapes' that only run when our mic is open, so he could yell at us for anything he thought was wrong. LOL
